This program is designed for individuals to develop strength in the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Along with focusing on those movements the program also includes accessory strength exercises to continue to build all-around strength and mobility too.

Remote Training

All memberships are charged a bi-annual fee of $32 to be charged on Jan 10th and July 10th. These fees are to help cover insurance, maintenance fees, equipment upgrades and purchases, and more. Doing it this way helps BlueWave keep your monthly fees lower.
