Strength & Conditioning group classes
These classes are instructor-led hour-long sessions covering Strength, Conditioning, and Mobility.
This program is unique to other Strength and Conditioning Programs because Chris Lofland has broken down every strength exercise into level-by-level progressions that are specific to each individual in the class. This makes these classes truly individualized while also getting to train in a group setting. You’ll find nothing else like this in DFW!
The conditioning portions are designed specifically to be effective in increasing cardiovascular health. So simple movements with interval training to be able to effectively achieve the goals of the class.
The goal for these classes is to strength train based on your individual starting point and have clearly set goals and progressions for you to both show progress in strength and durability along with keeping you safe while training. The conditioning will build up your endurance and increase your cardiovascular health. This will be your one-stop shop for fitness!
Total for 3 On-Ramp Lessons (required prior to joining group classes)
Per month for a twelve month commitment
Per Month for a six month commitment
Per Month for a three month commitment
Per month with no Commitment
All memberships are charged a bi-annual fee of $32 to be charged on Jan 10th and July 10th. These fees are to help cover insurance, maintenance fees, equipment upgrades and purchases, and more. Doing it this way helps BlueWave keep your monthly fees lower.
