Bluewave Youth sport performance Weightlifting
This program is for ages 10-15yr old and is limited to 10 kids. They will work one-on-one with a USAW Certified Instructor 2-3 days per week. The youth program is designed to teach children the technique of all barbell movements so they are performed safely. These kids will also develop and increase in strength, power, and mobility that will transfer over to their individual sports.

This program is for ages 16-34yrs old and is available every week on Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM.
Total for 3 On-Ramp Lessons (required prior to joining group classes)
Per month for 2 training sessions per week
Per month for 3 day training sessions per week
Per month if currently enrolled in the youth performance weightlifting program
All memberships are charged a bi-annual fee of $32 to be charged on Jan 10th and July 10th. These fees are to help cover insurance, maintenance fees, equipment upgrades and purchases, and more. Doing it this way helps BlueWave keep your monthly fees lower.
