BlueWave Fitness and BlueWave Weightlifting Club were started in 2015 by Coach Chris Lofland. Though BlueWave is best known for its weightlifting teams we offer a variety of programs.
Our Weightlifting Program is designed for all levels and ages. If you have never touched a barbell before then we are here to teach you the basics. If you are a high-level weightlifter then we have the coaching, programming, and competitive team atmosphere for you too.

- 4 Day/Week Remote Strength and Conditioning
- 2 Day/Week Strength Class for Runners

- Personal Training
